אנחנו מחפשים מנהל/ת הצלחת לקוח שיצטרף/תצטרף אלינו, לניהול והובלת תהליכי הצלחה, שימור והעמקת הפעילות מול לקוחות ה-B2B שלנו.

מה כולל התפקיד?

  • הובלת קשרי לקוחות B2B: בניית מערכות יחסים ארוכות טווח, הבנת צורכי הלקוח והבטחת המקסום של הערך העסקי שלו מול הפלטפורמה.
  • אונבורדינג והטמעה: ניהול חשבונות חדשים מקצה לקצה, ביצוע הכשרות והגדלת אימוץ מוצרי החברה.
  • תמיכה טכנית: סיוע טכני יומיומי ללקוחות, פתרון בעיות והתמודדות עם תקלות מערכת באמצעות שיחות טלפון ומענה כתוב.
  • שימור ומניעת נטישה: ניהול תהליכי שימור, זיהוי סיכונים בזמן אמת וניהול אסקלציות במידת הצורך.
  • גשר ארגוני ותמיכה: ייצוג צורכי הלקוחות והעברת משוב מול צוותי המוצר, הפיתוח, מכירה והשיווק בחברה.

Requirements

מה אנחנו מחפשים?

  • לפחות שנתיים ניסיון בתפקידי ניהול לקוח/הצלחת לקוח/תמיכה B2B בעולמות השירות והמכירה.
  • זיקה טכנולוגית, יכולת למידה מהירה והבנה מעמיקה של אתגרי לקוח.
  • כישורי תקשורת בין-אישית ויכולות ביטוי מעולות בכתב ובעל פה (בעברית).
  • גישה חיובית, אנרגיה גבוהה, אמפתיה ותודעת שירות יוצאת דופן.
  • יכולת עבודה בסביבה דינמית ועבודת צוות.
