Pour compléter l’équipe de renovero, le portail d’artisans n° 1 en Suisse, nous te cherchons pour notre service externe !

Moteur de notre stratégie de croissance, tu fais entrer l’artisanat suisse dans l’ère numérique. Avec nos produits dédiés à l’artisanat, nous générons déjà plus de 65 000 demandes par an – mais nous voulons plus !

Tu montres à des entreprises ambitieuses comment décrocher de nouveaux mandats, par exemple grâce à notre outil de devis basé sur l’IA, aux placements premium dans le plus grand annuaire d’artisans de Suisse et à d’autres services à prix fixe.

Tes missions concrètes

Un conseil client qui fait la différence

  • Tu identifies les entreprises à fort potentiel de croissance et leur montres comment les packs renovero (Présence/Starter/Pro) multiplient leur visibilité par cinq
  • Tu t’appuies sur des études de cas pour instaurer la confiance grâce à des succès concrets
  • Tu analyses les besoins régionaux

Compétences et profil

État d’esprit :

  • L’artisanat te passionne – menuisier, électricien ou jardinier : tu parles leur langage
  • « Jamais entendu parler » n’existe pas pour toi – grâce à ta résilience, tu convaincs même les entreprises sceptiques

Compétences :

  • Au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans la vente B2B (une expérience dans le SaaS ou l’artisanat est un plus)
  • Chez toi, l’empathie rime avec sens de la négociation
  • Fuir les systèmes CRM ? Pas toi – tu utilises les outils comme levier

Mobilité :

  • Permis de conduire B et véhicule personnel pour conquérir ta région de vente
