💼 Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at Locsy, you will be crucial in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with our services. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers via email and chat, resolving issues, and providing information about our services.

A few of your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist Customers: Provide exceptional support to our customers via email and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Track Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to help improve our services.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the product and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Help maintain and improve our knowledge base and support documentation.

  • Customer-Centric: You are passionate about helping customers and ensuring they have a positive experience.
  • Problem-Solver: You can think on your feet and find solutions to problems quickly.
  • Excellent Communicator: You have strong written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English.

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Native proficiency in Turkish and fluency in English.
  • Experience with customer support tools and platforms is a plus.
