A fantastic teaching opportunity has arisen at Loddington CE Primary School! We are excited to appoint a new full-time, Teacher, to support, inspire and lead the brilliant children in our Year Two class.

With a passionate, enthusiastic, and committed attitude, the successful candidate will join our dedicated team, and drive high-quality education for our children, facilitating their progress, both academically and personally. The role of a teacher in the lives of both the children and wider community is a vital and special responsibility. We are therefore looking to appoint a candidate who shares in Loddington’s’ passion and values, supplemented by thorough knowledge and effective experience, to deliver the very best education for all.

We are looking to appoint someone who:

  • Is enthusiastic, approachable, and friendly.
  • Ensures all children feel safe, happy, and able to learn.
  • Has proven experience in delivering the curriculum in a creative and tailored way, to sustain the academic achievement of all pupils.
  • Is confident in using a range of behaviour management strategies.
  • Is committed to supporting, motivating, and challenging the learning of children of all abilities within the classroom.
  • Can make special contribution to our school community, as a Teacher and a Team Member.
  • Is supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.
  • Understands the importance of Child Protection and is committed to the safeguarding of children’s welfare - both at home and in school.

PDET is responsible for employing all staff and managing finances and other central services for the academies within the Trust.
