This position combines business development, client relationship support, service development, marketing and communications enablement, onboarding, contract/RFP support, and cross-functional coordination with Support Centre and Field Operations teams. While this is a remote position based out of Alberta or British Columbia, regular travel is required to visit Central Services pharmacies, current and prospective clients, partner sites, and relevant conferences or business development events. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Growth, Partnerships & Client Relationships

Identify, qualify, and advance new Central Services opportunities, including pharmacy/store outreach, prescriber clinics, Continuing Care prospects, and current partner growth opportunities. Manage pipeline follow-up and progression through calls, meetings, email follow-up, prospect tracking, and next-step coordination. Evaluate opportunities by assessing pricing, service feasibility, value proposition, and commercial fit before advancing to launch or contract. Support account expansion through penetration reviews, resident growth strategies, and expansion planning with existing partners.

2. Marketing, Communications & Enablement

Develop and maintain collateral and sales materials, including brochures, newsletters/memos, client-facing content, presentations, order forms, posters, and communications templates. Support website development and ongoing improvement for Central Services offerings, in partnership with developers. Execute external campaign and communication activities, including the launch and dissemination of materials tied to client engagement, retention, and growth. Prepare internal stakeholder communications, including leadership/store communication decks, progress reports, and front-line tools.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination & Operations Support

Coordinate with Operations to align workflows, service expectations, site/service readiness, operational follow-up, policy and procedure updates, and client support. Coordinate with IT/developers on website builds, integrations, domain/access requirements, Kroll/report inputs, and troubleshooting. Coordinate with leadership and field teams, including RVPs, District Directors, store leaders, weekly/monthly forums, cross-functional meetings, and SteerCo support. Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and AP on pricing inputs, financial review, countersigning, invoice/AP setup, and contract support.

4. Product / Service Development (Central Services)

Define and refine Central Services offerings, including compounding, Continuing Care workflows, website-enabled ordering, and new service models. Build tools and process assets, including order forms, tracking sheets, audit tools, process flows, client manuals, service workflows, website ordering processes, Kroll integration inputs, payment/process supports, and digital enablement assets. Pilot and launch new services and tools, prescriber engagement tools, veterinary pharmacy concepts, and other new services.

5. Client Onboarding & Implementation

Onboard clients and stores through introductory communications, follow-up calls, client/store setup, website support, and operational onboarding in collaboration with store teams and integration partners. Deliver training and launch support, including store/client team training, lunch-and-learns, and initial adoption support. Coordinate implementation with operational, IT, pharmacy, and client stakeholders to move opportunities from contract or concept to live service.

6. Contracts & RFPs

Draft, revise, and renew PCH/Continuing Care contracts, C&R agreements, contract templates, amendments, renewals, and operator review cycles. Support RFP responses through document review, editing, data gathering, and operational/clinical input collection. Provide pricing and commercial support, including contract valuation, pricing comparisons, financial inputs, AP/payment setup, and deal-economics support. Support contract execution administration, including signing, vendor setup, repository/tracking, and related administrative steps.

7. Strategy & Market Development

Conduct market and competitor research, including current market research, opportunity assessment, competitor website review, pricing review, client feedback synthesis, and external/internal opportunity research. Review regulatory and policy considerations relevant to Central Services growth, including pharmacy regulations, provincial Continuing Care policies, and provincial prescriber regulations. Support business cases, market entry work, progress reporting, pilot design, growth planning, and assessment of current business strategy/operations and areas for growth.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

University degree in business, health sciences, pharmacy, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred; pharmacy, pharmacist, pharmacy technician, nursing, or other healthcare background considered an asset. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, account management, healthcare/pharmacy services, Continuing Care/PCH, compounding, or related centralized pharmacy services. Demonstrated success developing relationships, identifying opportunities, managing pipelines, supporting account growth, and advancing opportunities through launch or contract. Experience supporting contracts, renewals, RFPs, pricing inputs, commercial review, and cross-functional execution is preferred. Strong project management, communication, presentation, writing, and stakeholder-management skills. Experience creating or supporting marketing materials, client communications, sales collateral, training resources, service workflows, or digital/website-enabled service tools is an asset. Ability to collaborate effectively with Operations, Finance, Legal, IT/developers, Rx Growth, regional leadership, District Directors, store teams, and external partners. Familiarity with pharmacy management systems, Microsoft Office, reporting tools, website-enabled workflows, and/or Kroll/report inputs is an asset. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
