Os desafios que você vai encontrar:

  • Definir e evoluir a arquitetura de dados em cloud (GCP), garantindo escalabilidade, confiabilidade, segurança e eficiência de custos;
  • Liderar as áreas de Data Engineering e Analytics Engineering, sendo responsável pela visão técnica, estratégia e execução da plataforma de dados da Loft;
  • Evoluir e escalar a capacidade analítica de toda a companhia;
  • Construir, desenvolver e reter um time de alta performance, promovendo crescimento técnico, autonomia e boas práticas de engenharia e analytics;
  • Garantir a qualidade, governança e consistência dos dados e indicadores, incluindo definição de camadas semânticas e ciclo de vida de métricas;
  • Atuar de forma consultiva junto a líderes de Produto, Engenharia, Negócio e Data Science, traduzindo necessidades estratégicas em soluções de dados robustas;
  • Evoluir continuamente os pipelines de dados, modelos analíticos e ferramentas de visualização, assegurando confiabilidade operacional e excelente experiência para os usuários de dados;
  • Estabelecer e disseminar boas práticas de Analytics Ops e Data Ops, incluindo versionamento, CI/CD, testes e observabilidade;
  • Garantir conformidade com LGPD, segurança da informação e políticas de acesso, atuando de forma próxima aos times de Segurança e Compliance;
  • Ser referência técnica, mantendo proximidade com o código quando necessário, sem perder a visão estratégica e de longo prazo;

O que você precisa para virar a chave?

  • Experiência liderando times técnicos de dados, com foco em desenvolvimento de pessoas, feedback contínuo e alta performance;
  • Perfil colaborativo, com forte capacidade de influência e comunicação com stakeholders técnicos e de negócio;
  • Mentalidade de dono, visão sistêmica e orientação à impacto.
  • Experiência com modelos organizacionais hub-and-spoke e data mesh. além de profundo conhecimento em Data Products;
  • Sólida experiência com modelagem de dados analíticos, utilizando abordagens como: Star Schema, Snowflake e/ou Data Vault;
  • Experiência prática com ferramentas de modelagem como dbt (preferencialmente), dataform, sql mesh ou similares;
  • Forte conhecimento em Governança de Indicadores, incluindo: Camada semântica, Definição e ciclo de vida de métricas;
  • Experiência com Dataviz e administração de ferramentas analíticas (diferencial: Superset);
  • Experiência sólida em arquitetura de dados e ambiente cloud GCP;
  • Conhecimentos em CI/CD e Infraestrutura como Código (IaC), especialmente Terraform;
  • Forte atenção à LGPD, segurança e privacidade de dados;
  • Experiência com Analytics Ops / Data Ops:
  • Monitoramento e confiabilidade de pipelines
  • Capacidade de equilibrar decisões técnicas, velocidade de entrega e sustentabilidade da plataforma no longo prazo.
