Onze Missie

LOGEX is koploper in data-analyse in de gezondheidzorg. Wij zetten complexe zorgdata om in heldere inzichten waarmee zorgorganisaties grip krijgen op kosten, betere behandelresultaten realiseren en sturen op waardegedreven zorg. Onze oplossingen worden dagelijks gebruikt door meer dan 80 zorginstellingen, zowel publiek als privaat, en maken het verschil in de gezondheidszorg van morgen.

Jouw impact en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je verhoogt de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening door het valideren van financiële en zorginhoudelijke data.
  • Je communiceert met klanten over hun data-aanlevering en de oplevering van LOGEX modellen.
  • Je ontwikkelt je in de breedte en biedt ondersteuning aan meerdere teams en klanten als er vragen liggen met betrekking tot de kwaliteit van data.
  • Je signaleert en realiseert kansen om interne operationele processen te verbeteren.
  • Je draagt bij aan automatisering van onze operationele processen, mogelijk door inzet van AI.

Team

Je maakt deel uit van het Financial Analytics Service team, dat momenteel bestaat uit 40 mensen met diverse achtergronden in de gezondheidszorg en data-analyse. Het team is verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren en onderhouden van onze oplossingen en benchmarks, die zowel medische specialisten als de planning- en controleteams in ziekenhuizen ondersteunen. Onze oplossingen helpen ziekenhuizen en medische specialisten bij maandelijkse rapportages over prognoses, het aanpakken van capaciteitsvraagstukken, portefeuillebeslissingen, het verbeteren van patiëntenzorgpaden en andere belangrijke strategische keuzes.

Jouw profiel

  • Relevante werkervaring: Je hebt 0–2 jaar werkervaring en affiniteit met de financiële sector en/of de gezondheidszorg.
  • Een HBO- of WO-opleiding afgerond, bij voorkeur met een focus op gezondheid, data of economie.
  • Data-affiniteit: Je hebt interesse in data. Je werkt nauwkeurig, signaleert trends en spoort fouten of afwijkingen op.
  • Communicatie: Je kunt effectief communiceren met diverse teamleden en interne stakeholders.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht, werkt gestructureerd en hebt een pragmatische instelling.
  • Bereidheid om te leren en aan te passen aan innovatieve technologieën, tools en processen.
  • Een proactieve benadering om nieuwe taken op te pakken en kansen te zoeken om bij te dragen.
  • Je krijgt energie van het verbeteren van werkprocessen.
  • Taalvaardigheden: Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
