Summary: In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based software solutions. This includes managing the configuration, integration, and deployment processes to ensure seamless operation. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration across various teams and proactive oversight of solution evolution are key aspects of daily activities, ensuring that the applications meet organizational needs effectively and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and delivery. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and improve team capabilities. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with strategic business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI). - Strong expertise in data modeling, report development, and dashboard creation within business intelligence platforms. - Experience in managing data integration and transformation processes to support analytics and reporting needs. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues related to business intelligence solutions. - Familiarity with cloud-based data services and their integration with business intelligence tools. - Skilled in collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
