Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener soluciones de inteligencia artificial que automaticen procesos corporativos y se integren de forma segura con plataformas empresariales, desde el levantamiento de necesidades hasta la operación en producción.Responsabilidades y atribuciones Levantar requerimientos con usuarios y equipos técnicos; definir alcance, criterios de aceptación, dependencias y estimaciones de esfuerzo.Desarrollar servicios backend en Python, APIs REST, webhooks y componentes de integración con contratos documentados y manejo consistente de errores.Implementar asistentes y agentes basados en LLMs, incluyendo prompts, salidas estructuradas, llamadas a herramientas y mecanismos de validación de respuestas.Integrar plataformas ITSM y servicios corporativos, tales como ServiceNow, Jira Service Management y Microsoft Graph, según los estándares de arquitectura y acceso definidos.Construir y mantener componentes de datos y recuperación de conocimiento; implementar RAG, embeddings y búsqueda vectorial cuando el caso de uso lo justifique.Aplicar desarrollo seguro: validación de entradas, gestión de secretos, autenticación, autorización, control de datos sensibles y separación de ambientes.Ejecutar pruebas unitarias, de integración y de extremo a extremo; evaluar calidad de respuestas y prevenir regresiones en flujos de IA.Preparar despliegues con Git, Docker y CI/CD; incorporar logs, métricas y alertas, y apoyar el diagnóstico y la resolución de fallas.Documentar diseño, APIs, configuración, pruebas y procedimientos operacionales; revisar código y transferir conocimiento al equipo.
