En Logicalis Spain buscamos incorporar un/a Administrador/a Senior Microsoft 365 para participar en la administración, evolución y soporte de plataformas Microsoft en grandes entornos corporativos.

Buscamos un perfil con amplia experiencia en Microsoft 365, Exchange (Online y On-Premise), Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, SCCM/MECM e Intune, acostumbrado a resolver incidencias complejas de nivel 3 y participar en proyectos de modernización y transformación tecnológica.

Ubicación: Madrid. El puesto es principalmente remoto, aunque será necesario acudir puntualmente a la oficina para reuniones, proyectos o necesidades del servicio.

Funciones

  • Administración avanzada de plataformas Microsoft 365 en entornos corporativos.
  • Administración y soporte de Exchange Online y Exchange On-Premise.
  • Gestión de entornos híbridos Microsoft 365 (Exchange Hybrid, identidad híbrida y sincronización).
  • Administración de Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID y Azure AD Connect / Cloud Sync.
  • Administración de Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot y gestión moderna de dispositivos.
  • Administración de Microsoft SCCM/MECM y escenarios de Co-Management con Intune.
  • Administración de Windows Server y plataformas Hyper-V.
  • Gestión de Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online y OneDrive.
  • Resolución de incidencias complejas relacionadas con autenticación, correo electrónico, sincronización, conectividad e identidades.
  • Automatización de procesos mediante Power Automate y PowerShell.
  • Participación en proyectos de migración, actualización y modernización de plataformas Microsoft.
  • Elaboración de documentación técnica y procedimientos operativos.

Requisitos imprescindibles:

Microsoft 365

  • Administración avanzada de tenants Microsoft 365 en entornos corporativos.
  • Gestión de Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online y OneDrive.
  • Troubleshooting end-to-end (conectividad, autenticación, sincronización e incidencias de plataforma).
  • Experiencia en entornos híbridos y multi-tenant.
  • Conocimiento de licenciamiento Microsoft 365 y capacidades por plan.

Exchange (Online + On-Premise)

  • Administración avanzada de Exchange Online y Exchange On-Premise.
  • Experiencia en entornos Exchange Hybrid: Configuración y mantenimiento de coexistencia. Gestión de conectores, mail flow y routing híbrido.
  • Experiencia en migraciones: Exchange 2013/2016 a versiones superiores. Migraciones a Exchange Online (Cutover, Staged e Híbridas).
  • Administración de plataforma on-premise: Bases de datos (DAG, HA). Backup y recuperación. Aplicación de Cumulative Updates (CU) y Security Updates. Planificación de ventanas de mantenimiento y validación post-update.
  • Troubleshooting avanzado: Problemas de entrega y transporte de correo. Autodiscover. Certificados. Integración con Entra ID y ADFS.

Identidades (Active Directory + Microsoft Entra ID)

  • Administración de Active Directory on-premise.
  • Gestión de OU, GPO, delegación y replicación.
  • Administración de Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Azure AD Connect / Cloud Sync.
  • Gestión de identidades híbridas y ciclo de vida de usuarios.
  • Resolución de incidencias de autenticación y sincronización.

ADFS

  • Diseño y administración de entornos ADFS.
  • Gestión de Claims Rules, certificados y Trusts con aplicaciones externas y Microsoft 365.
  • Troubleshooting de autenticación federada.
  • Experiencia en alta disponibilidad y renovación de certificados.

Endpoint Management

  • Administración avanzada de Microsoft Intune.
  • Windows Autopilot.
  • Políticas de configuración y Compliance.
  • Conditional Access.
  • Administración de dispositivos Windows, iOS y Android.
  • Modern Management.
  • Troubleshooting de despliegues y políticas.

SCCM / MECM

  • Administración de Microsoft SCCM / MECM.
  • Gestión de Software Distribution.
  • Operating System Deployment (OSD).
  • Patch Management.
  • Inventario de hardware y software.
  • Client Troubleshooting.
  • Escenarios de Co-Management con Microsoft Intune.

Microsoft Defender

  • Administración de Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
  • Gestión de alertas, incidentes y recomendaciones de seguridad.
  • Experiencia básica/intermedia en Microsoft XDR.
  • Se valorará experiencia con Defender for Office 365.

Automatización

  • Power Automate.
  • Diseño de flujos para automatización de procesos.
  • Integración con Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams y Outlook).
  • Uso de conectores estándar.
  • Optimización de procesos manuales.

Sistemas Windows

  • Administración de Windows Server.
  • Gestión de parcheado y hardening.
  • Resolución de incidencias complejas de sistemas Windows.

Virtualización

  • Administración de entornos Hyper-V.
  • Gestión de máquinas virtuales, clústeres, almacenamiento, backup y recuperación.
  • Troubleshooting de rendimiento.

Citrix

  • Administración de entornos Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops.
  • Gestión de Delivery Controllers, StoreFront y Policies.
  • Troubleshooting de acceso de usuarios.
  • Integración con Active Directory y Microsoft 365.

Valorable

  • Experiencia con VMware, Proxmox o Nutanix.
  • Conocimiento de arquitecturas HCI y otros hipervisores.
  • Experiencia en entornos heterogéneos de virtualización.
  • Experiencia con plataformas UDS / VDI.
  • Gestión de accesos remotos.
  • Optimización de la experiencia de usuario final.

SQL Server Administración de entornos Microsoft SQL Server. Experiencia en tareas habituales de DBA:

  • Instalación, configuración y actualización de instancias.
  • Gestión de bases de datos y mantenimiento preventivo.
  • Backup, restauración y planes de recuperación.
  • Monitorización y análisis de rendimiento.
  • Optimización básica de consultas e índices.
  • Gestión de permisos y seguridad.
  • Resolución de incidencias relacionadas con disponibilidad y rendimiento.
  • Experiencia en entornos de alta disponibilidad:
  • Always On Availability Groups.
  • Failover Cluster Instances (FCI).
  • Conocimiento de integración con aplicaciones corporativas y plataformas Microsoft.
  • Experiencia administrando plataformas SQL Server que dan soporte a aplicaciones críticas de negocio, incluyendo alta disponibilidad, rendimiento, backup/recovery y gestión de cambios.
