En Logicalis Spain buscamos incorporar un/a Senior Wintel & Virtualization Systems Engineer para trabajar en un entorno sanitario de alta disponibilidad, administrando y manteniendo infraestructura crítica de servidores Wintel y plataformas de virtualización.

¿Qué funciones realizarás?

Administración de Windows Server (2012 R2 a 2025): Active Directory, gestión de GPOs, servidores DHCP, DNS y estructura de archivos DFS.

  • Administración de VMware vSphere v8: Despliegue de VMs mediante templates, gestión de recursos, aprovisionamiento de datastores/LUNs con Storage y soporte en mantenimiento de ESXi con vLCM.
  • Entorno VDI (Omnissa Horizon / Citrix): Mantenimiento de pools de escritorios, soporte a la plataforma, actualización de Gold Images y gestión de certificados SSL.
  • Soporte N2 de Infraestructura: Diagnóstico y resolución de incidencias de rendimiento y recursos en servidores virtuales y físicos.
  • Parcheado masivo (SCCM / WSUS): Administración y despliegue de parches de seguridad y actualizaciones en workstations y servidores.
  • Exchange Server 2016 y Scripting: Operación sobre clúster DAG (bases de datos, conectores, directivas de transporte) y uso de PowerShell/PowerCLI para la automatización de tareas rutinarias, ejecuciones masivas y reportes.
  • Mantenimiento preventivo de infraestructura: Control periódico del estado del hardware (HPE iLO) y extracción de métricas de salud en VMware (RVTools) para anticipar problemas de recursos y capacidad.
  • Participación opcional en guardias 24x7 (remuneradas aparte, tras periodo de acogida y formación en la infraestructura).

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación y Experiencia: CFGS en ASIR (Administración de Sistemas Informáticos en Red), Grado Técnico o equivalente, con entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia en administración de sistemas Wintel/Virtualización.
  • Entornos Microsoft: Experiencia sólida administrando Windows Server, Active Directory, GPOs, DNS y DHCP.
  • Virtualización: Conocimiento práctico en la administración de VMware vSphere (vCenter, ESXi, versiones 6.7, 7 u 8).
  • Infraestructura y Servicios: Nociones o experiencia con VDI (Citrix o Horizon), despliegue de parches con SCCM/WSUS y Exchange Server 2016 (DAG).
  • Scripting: Capacidad para crear, adaptar y ejecutar scripts en PowerShell / PowerCLI para tareas de administración.
  • Metodología: Familiaridad con procesos ITIL (gestión de incidencias y cambios/RFCs).
  • Valorable: Disponibilidad voluntaria para realizar guardias rotativas remuneradas.
