En Logicalis Spain estamos buscando AI / Machine Learning Engineer para incorporarse a un proyecto estratégico, participando en el desarrollo de soluciones avanzadas de Inteligencia Artificial centradas en procesamiento de lenguaje natural (NLP), modelos multimodales y clasificación automática de contenidos.

El equipo de Data & AI de Logicalis trabaja con clientes nacionales e internacionales, llevando a cabo importantes proyectos de ingeniería de datos, inteligencia artificial y analítica avanzada, estrategia del dato, gobierno, integración y arquitectura, abarcando todo el ciclo de vida del dato.

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones de data augmentation y generación de datos sintéticos mediante LLMs, incluyendo estrategias para el tratamiento de clases desbalanceadas.
  • Entrenar, ajustar y validar modelos de NLP para clasificación de texto en español y entornos multilingües, realizando fine-tuning cuando sea necesario.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar experimentos para evaluar modelos de Machine Learning y Deep Learning, analizando resultados mediante métricas de rendimiento y análisis de errores.
  • Trabajar con información multimodal procedente de texto, documentos e imágenes, participando en la preparación y estructuración de datasets.
  • Traducir requisitos de negocio en criterios de clasificación, reglas de decisión y prompts estructurados.
  • Diseñar estrategias de Prompt Engineering para aplicaciones basadas en LLMs.

REQUISITOS

  • Experiencia demostrable en Python y conocimientos sólidos de Machine Learning, Deep Learning y Procesamiento de Lenguaje Natural (NLP).
  • Experiencia entrenando, ajustando y evaluando modelos de clasificación, así como aplicando técnicas de fine-tuning y adaptación eficiente de modelos.
  • Conocimiento de frameworks como PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers o similares.
  • Capacidad para interpretar necesidades de negocio y transformarlas en soluciones técnicas basadas en datos e Inteligencia Artificial.
  • Experiencia en análisis de datos y evaluación de modelos.
  • Se valorará experiencia con modelos multimodales, Vision-Language Models, Computer Vision, YOLO, entornos GCP, Jupyter Lab y prácticas de MLOps.
