En Logicalis Spain buscamos incorporar un/a AI Engineer Junior para formar parte de nuestra nueva unidad de Smart Development, un equipo innovador centrado en acelerar la creación de soluciones digitales mediante Inteligencia Artificial. Nuestra filosofía es sencilla: entender los problemas de negocio, simplificarlos al máximo y construir soluciones de alto impacto utilizando la IA como acelerador.

El equipo de Data & AI de Logicalis trabaja con clientes nacionales e internacionales en proyectos de inteligencia artificial, analítica avanzada, ingeniería de datos, arquitectura y transformación digital, participando en iniciativas que están definiendo el futuro de la tecnología empresarial.

FUNCIONES

  • Colaborar con usuarios y áreas de negocio para comprender sus necesidades, procesos y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Participar en el diseño y desarrollo de soluciones basadas en Inteligencia Artificial.
  • Construir prototipos funcionales utilizando herramientas de IA generativa.
  • Transformar requerimientos de negocio en soluciones tecnológicas viables con el apoyo de perfiles senior.
  • Desarrollar aplicaciones, automatizaciones y asistentes inteligentes impulsados por IA.
  • Participar en todo el ciclo de desarrollo: análisis, diseño, construcción, pruebas y despliegue.
  • Explorar nuevas tecnologías y casos de uso relacionados con IA generativa, automatización y asistentes inteligentes.

REQUISITOS

  • Titulación universitaria o FP Superior en Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Ingeniería del Software o áreas afines.
  • Entre 1 y 2 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software, automatización o tecnologías de datos e IA.
  • Conocimiento y uso de herramientas de IA como ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, GitHub Copilot o similares.
  • Conocimientos de desarrollo con Python y/o JavaScript.
  • Conocimientos básicos de APIs REST y bases de datos relacionales.
  • Perfil proactivo, con actitud de aprendizaje continuo y ganas de crecer profesionalmente.
  • Muy valorable experiencia académica, prácticas o proyectos relacionados con IA Generativa, LLMs, prompting, agentes IA o RAG, así como conocimiento de frameworks como React, FastAPI, Flask o Django,...
