En Logicalis Spain buscamos incorporar una persona en prácticas para dar apoyo administrativo al área de Servicios.

La persona seleccionada trabajará junto a uno de nuestros Service Managers, ayudándole en el seguimiento y organización de diferentes tareas del día a día.

¿Qué harás?

  • Apoyo en tareas administrativas y de gestión
  • Actualización y seguimiento de información en Excel
  • Preparación y actualización de informes y presentaciones
  • Organización y seguimiento de tareas pendientes
  • Gestión de documentación e información interna
  • Apoyo en la coordinación de diferentes temas relacionados con el servicio

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Estudiantes de FP o Grado Universitario relacionados con Administración y Gestión, ADE, Asistencia a la Dirección o formaciones similares
  • Buen manejo de Excel y PowerPoint
  • Persona organizada, responsable y con atención al detalle
  • Capacidad para hacer seguimiento de diferentes tareas y prioridades
  • Ganas de aprender y desarrollarse en un entorno profesional
  • Se valorarán conocimientos de Power BI, aunque no es imprescindible
