En Logicalis Spain buscamos incorporar profesionales Cloud Engineer para formar parte de nuestro equipo de Servicios Gestionados Cloud.

¿Qué requisitos buscamos?

Buscamos perfiles con experiencia en AWS y/o Microsoft Azure, con una sólida base técnica y orientación hacia la automatización y la mejora continua.

La persona seleccionada participará en la gestión de entornos productivos, resolución de incidencias, ejecución de cambios, automatización de tareas y evolución de las plataformas Cloud, trabajando en colaboración con los equipos de Arquitectura, DevOps, Seguridad y otros equipos técnicos.

Valoraremos especialmente aquellos profesionales que, además de contar con experiencia sólida en uno de los principales proveedores Cloud, tengan conocimientos o experiencia en el otro, así como interés por desarrollar una carrera profesional en entornos multicloud.

Responsabilidades:

Operación y administración de infraestructuras AWS y/o Azure.

Resolución de incidencias y peticiones en entornos Cloud.

Ejecución de cambios y actividades de mantenimiento sobre entornos productivos.

Análisis y resolución de problemas de infraestructura, conectividad, rendimiento y disponibilidad.

Administración y configuración de servicios Cloud.

Automatización de tareas operativas y procesos recurrentes.

Desarrollo y mantenimiento de infraestructura mediante Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Participación en proyectos de evolución, migración y transformación Cloud.

Aplicación de buenas prácticas de seguridad, disponibilidad, resiliencia y optimización de costes.

Monitorización y análisis de logs, métricas y eventos de los entornos gestionados.

Elaboración y mantenimiento de documentación y procedimientos técnicos.

Colaboración con Arquitectura Cloud en la evolución de las soluciones.

Colaboración con equipos de DevOps, Seguridad, Sistemas y Networking.

Participación en la mejora continua de los servicios gestionados.

Conocimientos necesarios

Experiencia práctica en al menos uno de los dos principales proveedores

Cloud: AWS EC2 S3 VPC IAM RDS ELB / ALB Route 53 CloudWatch Lambda AWS Organizations Azure Virtual Machines Storage Accounts Virtual Networks Entra ID / Azure AD Azure Monitor Azure SQL Load Balancer / Application Gateway Azure Functions Azure Resource Manager Azure Policy No es necesario el conocimiento de todos los servicios, pero sí una base sólida de infraestructura y networking Cloud.

Infrastructure as Code y automatización Experiencia con Terraform.

Conocimientos de Git. Experiencia con herramientas de CI/CD.

Automatización mediante Bash, PowerShell y/o Python.

Conocimientos de Ansible serán valorables.

Fundamentos sólidos de redes:

TCP/IP DNS Routing VPN Firewalls Balanceadores

Conocimientos de seguridad en entornos Cloud.

Experiencia trabajando con herramientas de monitorización, logging y observabilidad.

Experiencia en gestión de incidencias y cambios.

Capacidad para realizar troubleshooting de infraestructura Cloud.

Valorable experiencia con herramientas ITSM como ServiceNow.

Conocimientos valorables Experiencia tanto en AWS como en Azure.

Experiencia en entornos multicloud. T

erraform avanzado.

Terragrunt. Kubernetes y Docker.

Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps o herramientas similares. Ansible.

Experiencia en diseño y operación de Landing Zones. AWS Organizations / Control Tower. Azure Management Groups / Azure Policy. Conocimientos de FinOps y optimización de costes Cloud. Cloud Security. Experiencia en migraciones a AWS/Azure.

Conocimientos de arquitecturas de alta disponibilidad y Disaster Recovery. Certificaciones AWS y/o Azure.

Competencias valorables Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma.

Orientación a la resolución de problemas.

Proactividad y orientación a la mejora continua.

Capacidad para trabajar en entornos productivos y críticos.

Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.

Capacidad para documentar y transmitir conocimiento.

Capacidad de mentoring y desarrollo de otros profesionales, actuando como referente técnico y ayudando a compañeros con menor experiencia a desarrollar sus capacidades.

Interés por evolucionar profesionalmente hacia posiciones de mayor especialización, seniority o arquitectura.
