En Logicalis Spain estamos buscando un/a Ingeniero/a Senior Infraestructura con experiencia real en entornos críticos y con capacidad para resolver problemas complejos con alto impacto en la organización, para para trabajar en uno de nuestros clientes en Madrid.

Descripción del puesto:

Profesional de infraestructura con visión integral, capaz de combinar conocimiento transversal de sistemas, middleware, almacenamiento y backup, con experiencia real en entornos críticos y con capacidad para resolver problemas complejos con alto impacto en la organización. Adicionalmente, llevará a cabo la gestión de servicios y proveedores.

Perfil altamente especializado, con enfoque táctico/operativo, orientado a garantizar la estabilidad de la plataforma tecnológica e impulsar procedimientos que refuercen la eficiencia operativa de los equipos.

La infraestructura presenta las siguientes características:

  • Servicios de alta criticidad que requieren disponibilidad continua.
  • Arquitecturas complejas y multicapa.
  • Integración de múltiples tecnologías, como sistemas, middleware, backup, almacenamiento y comunicaciones.
  • Exigencias regulatorias y de resiliencia operativa, con foco en el cumplimiento normativo.

Se busca un profesional con experiencia demostrada en:

Entornos empresariales exigentes

  • Experiencia en entornos críticos de negocio, pues, aunque no asuma su operación directa le aporta una valiosa visión táctica y operativa.
  • Gestión de incidencias complejas en producción (transversal).
  • Trabajo “bajo presión” con tiempos de respuesta reducidos.
  • Buen carácter y actitud colaborativa (a destacar).

Diagnóstico end‑to‑end Capacidad de análisis en múltiples capas:

  • Aplicación (JBoss, Apache, Nginx, Redis, etc.)
  • Sistema operativo (Linux/Unix)
  • Infraestructura (virtualización, almacenamiento, Backup, etc.)

Enfoque clave: gestión de proveedores y capacidad analítica para identificar y resolver problemas de forma proactiva y reactiva, incluso bajo presión. También se requiere criterio para evaluar y valorar las propuestas de los proveedores

Alcance técnico del rol

  • Sistemas y virtualización: administración de entornos Linux/Unix y plataformas virtualizadas.
  • Middleware: experiencia con Apache, Nginx, JBoss, Redis, Memcached y tecnologías afines.
  • Almacenamiento: gestión de entornos SAN, cabinas enterprise, replicación y snapshots.
  • Backup y resiliencia: conocimiento de Commvault, inmutabilidad, recuperación ante desastres y definición de estrategias operativas.
  • Continuidad de negocio: diseño y soporte de arquitecturas activo/activo, activo/standby y activo/backup, con experiencia en pruebas de DRP/BRS.
  • Automatización: conocimientos de scripting orientado a la operación y a la mejora de la eficiencia.

Modalidad de trabajo – horario

  • Presencial: dos días en las instalaciones del cliente
  • Teletrabajo: tres días

De lunes a jueves 9:00 a 14:00 y de 15:00 a 18:30

Viernes 9:00 a 14:30

Jornada de verano de lunes a viernes 8:00 a 15:00

Ubicación: oficina del cliente (metro Gran Vía / Sevilla)
