En Logicalis Spain estamos buscando un/a Técnico/a de Seguridad PAM (CyberArk) para incorporarse a un servicio gestionado de seguridad en un cliente estratégico del sector financiero.

Funciones:

  • Parcheo de sistema operativo, gestión de políticas de grupo y AD, gestión de reglas firewall de Windows.
  • Administración de la plataforma CyberArk PAM.
  • Gestión de altas, bajas y modificaciones de cuentas privilegiadas.
  • Creación y mantenimiento de Safes.
  • Revisión de cuentas, permisos y accesos.
  • Soporte en incidencias relacionadas con conexión, rotación y acceso a credenciales privilegiadas.
  • Seguimiento de tareas correctivas y peticiones del servicio.
  • Revisión de errores de rotación, verificación y reconciliación de credenciales.
  • Documentación técnica de actuaciones realizadas.
  • Escalado de incidencias complejas a perfiles de mayor nivel.
  • Colaboración con equipos de redes y operación en la mejora continua del servicio.
  • Participación en la operativa diaria del entorno PAM y soporte a usuarios internos. Requisitos Mínimos:
  • Formación técnica en sistemas, redes o seguridad.
  • Conocimientos de administración de sistemas Windows y Linux.
  • Conocimientos generales de Active Directory.
  • Interés en soluciones PAM y gestión de accesos privilegiados.
  • Capacidad de análisis, organización y orientación al servicio.
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y aprendizaje continuo.
  • Experiencia en soporte técnico o administración de plataformas de seguridad.
  • Capacidad de documentación técnica y seguimiento operativo. Valorable:
  • Experiencia previa con CyberArk o soluciones PAM similares.
  • Experiencia previa en administración de sistemas Windows y Linux.
  • Conocimientos en componentes CyberArk: PVWA, CPM, PSM, Vault y Safes.
  • Experiencia en servicios gestionados de ciberseguridad.
  • Conocimientos básicos de scripting o automatización.
  • Certificaciones o formación oficial en CyberArk.
  • Experiencia en gestión de identidades y accesos privilegiados.
