Für die Organisationseinheit Ausbildung von login Berufsbildung AG in Spiez suchen wir per 01\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n

Das kannst du bewegen:

  • Führung und Begleitung der Lernenden Polymechaniker:innen EFZ und Produktionsmechaniker:innen EFZ während ihrer Basisausbildung bis zur Teilprüfung
  • Planung, Koordination und Vermittlung der theoretischen und praktischen Ausbildung sowie Sicherstellung der Erreichung aller Lernziele
  • Bearbeitung von produktiven Kundenaufträgen zusammen mit den Lernenden
  • Sicherstellung des operativen Betriebs zusammen mit den anderen Berufsbildenden sowie Weiterentwicklung der Ausbildung nach unternehmerischen Grundsätzen mit Fokus auf die Kaizen\-Philosophie
  • Akquisition von produktiven Aufträgen
  • Koordination, Durchführung und Bewertung von Schnupperlehren

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker:in EFZ oder Maschinenmechaniker:in EFZ mit mindestens zwei Jahren Berufs\- und Produktionserfahrung
  • Gute Kenntnisse der konventionellen und CNC\-Fertigung
  • Pädagogische und/oder fachliche Weiterbildung zum:zur Leiter:in überbetrieblicher Kurse (üK) oder Bereitschaft diese in beiden Bereichen zu erlangen
  • Grosses Interesse an der Ausbildung von jungen Erwachsenen, Erfahrung in der Berufsbildung von Vorteil
  • Unternehmerische Denk\- und Handlungsweise sowie Freude am Planen und Organisieren
  • Gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse
