Are you a driven Sales Executive with experience in full truck load sales? We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a top asset-based carrier in Chicago, seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales of 3PL services and asset-based solutions. This position offers a competitive base salary of $85,000 per year, strong commission structure, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to sell LTL and intermodal rail services alongside full truck load.

Position: Sales Executive

Location: Chicago, IL

Salary: $85,000 base salary + strong commissions and benefits

Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Sell 3PL services and asset-based solutions, focusing on full truck load sales.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored logistics solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in full truck load sales within the logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to sell LTL and intermodal rail services is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
