Role Overview

Customer-facing technical leader responsible for translating requirements into execution across embedded hardware, firmware, controls, and test.

At LogiSync, we help customers solve complex technical problems in embedded systems, product development, controls, and industrial applications. Success in this role means bringing clarity to technical challenges, helping teams stay aligned, and ensuring projects move forward thoughtfully from initial concept through delivery.

We are looking for someone with strong systems engineering instincts, deep technical credibility, and the ability to work confidently with both customers and internal teams. This person will help translate customer goals into structured technical requirements, coordinate execution across disciplines, and create strong outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders.

For the right person, this role offers meaningful leadership responsibility, visibility across projects, and the ability to help shape how a growing engineering company delivers excellent work.

What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with customers to understand technical goals, constraints, and system requirements
  • Translate customer needs into clear technical specifications for engineering execution
  • Define and maintain system-level requirements across firmware, hardware, controls, and validation activities
  • Coordinate technical work across internal engineering disciplines to support strong delivery
  • Lead project communication and alignment between customer teams and internal engineers
  • Support project planning, milestone development, prioritization, and technical reviews
  • Identify technical risks early and help teams navigate them effectively
  • Help improve internal delivery processes and create more repeatable project execution systems
  • Contribute to a culture of high-quality engineering and thoughtful customer partnership

  • Projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with clear accountability throughout execution
  • Customer expectations are managed early, reducing surprises and limiting projects that drift into red status
  • Engineering teams have well-defined requirements, priorities, and technical context before work begins
  • Internal and external communication creates confidence, momentum, and trust across every phase of a project
  • Delivery capacity becomes more repeatable and scalable, enabling LogiSync to take on more work with confidence
  • Strong execution supports broader company growth by improving customer retention, expanding top-of-funnel opportunity, and creating the foundation for additional engineering hires
  • The delivery engine becomes a competitive advantage: helping LogiSync serve customers well while building toward the next stage of growth

Required Background

  • 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, embedded systems, or technical product development
  • Strong understanding of embedded hardware, firmware, controls, and system integration
  • Experience translating technical discussions into actionable engineering requirements
  • Ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort leading technical conversations with customers

Ideal Experience

  • Embedded product development in industrial, aerospace, defense, mobility, medical, or related environments
  • Requirements development and systems documentation
  • Technical leadership in custom engineering or product environments
  • Exposure to design reviews, validation, and integration work
  • Ability to balance technical depth with practical execution
