Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente de TI Júnior para integrar nossa equipe de Tecnologia da Informação, atuando no suporte técnico de primeiro nível (N1), prestando atendimento inicial aos colaboradores e auxiliando na manutenção, configuração e organização dos equipamentos e recursos tecnológicos da empresa.

Principais responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Realizar o primeiro atendimento aos usuários, identificando e auxiliando na resolução de problemas básicos de TI;
  • Apoiar na formatação, instalação e configuração de sistemas operacionais Windows e Linux;
  • Auxiliar na instalação e configuração de softwares e ferramentas de produtividade, como Pacote Office e Microsoft 365;
  • Prestar suporte na manutenção preventiva e organização de computadores, notebooks e periféricos (mouses, teclados e monitores);
  • Auxiliar no controle de estoque e inventário dos ativos de TI, incluindo computadores, notebooks, cabos e licenças;
  • Identificar problemas técnicos e direcionar demandas de maior complexidade às equipes especializadas (Nível 2 e Nível 3).

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Ensino Técnico completo em Redes de Computadores, Informática ou áreas correlatas;
  • Apresentação de diploma ou certificado de conclusão do curso técnico;
  • Conhecimentos básicos em informática e suporte técnico;
  • Interesse em atuar com atendimento e suporte aos usuários.

Diferenciais

  • Noções básicas de redes de computadores (cabeamento, roteadores e Wi-Fi);
  • Conhecimento básico em montagem e manutenção de computadores e hardware;
  • Familiaridade com Google Workspace ou Microsoft 365.
