Conferir a quantidade e a qualidade das mercadorias que são recebidas e expedidas. Descrição de atividades e responsabilidades: • Realizar a contagem física e a qualidade dos produtos, através coletor de dados e a nota fiscal, para garantir a assertividade do produto, na sua entrada e saída. • Efetuar o faturamento dos pedidos, gerando a nota fiscal no sistema de logística, para realizar a conferência do pedido com a nota fiscal, após a pré embalagem. • Organizar o estoque de produtos, através do inventário rotativo e anual, com o coletor de dados, para manter a acuracidade, com as movimentações realizadas na logística. • Realizar auditorias nas áreas, validando o estoque fisco com o sistêmico, garantindo a assertividade do estoque, e evitando as não conformidades. • Realizar o carregamento das transportadoras, através coletor de dados e o “packlist”, para distribuir os produtos de forma correta. • Emitir e conferir as notas fiscais de devolução, através do sistema de logística e realizando a contagem física dos produtos que retornam para a reversa, para efetuar o processo de faturamento, armazenagem e expedição. • Auxiliar na limpeza e organização do Centro de Distribuição diariamente, garantindo a ordem dos setores ao término de suas atividades. • Realizar atividades complementares, conforme solicitação da liderança. • Participar de treinamentos internos sempre que solicitado pela liderança. Formação e experiência necessárias: Ensino médio completo. 1 ano de experiência. Conhecimentos técnicos desejados: Pacote Office Coletor de dados Sistema WMS Competências necessárias: Raciocínio lógico Dinamismo Capacidade de resiliência Comunicação Assertiva Proatividade Capacidade analítica Organização Trabalho em equipe
