  • Liderar, engajar e desenvolver o time de vendas.
  • Acompanhar indicadores (vendas, ticket médio, conversão, perdas).
  • Garantir padrão de atendimento e experiência do cliente.
  • Cuidar da organização, layout e visual merchandising da loja.
  • Controlar estoque, recebimento e conferência de mercadorias.
  • Planejar escalas, rotinas e treinamentos da equipe.
  • Assegurar cumprimento de processos, políticas e normas da empresa.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia como gerente ou subgerente de loja no varejo.
  • Vivência com gestão de equipe e acompanhamento de metas.
  • Conhecimento de indicadores de performance de loja (KPI’s).
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial em Curitiba, incluindo finais de semana/feriados em escala.
  • Habilidade de comunicação, negociação e resolução de conflitos.
  • Organização, senso de dono e foco em resultado.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em varejo de moda, calçados ou streetwear.
  • Familiaridade com cultura sneaker e comportamento jovem/urbano.
  • Atuação anterior em redes de varejo de médio/grande porte.
  • Conhecimento em técnicas de visual merchandising.
  • Noções de Excel e sistemas de PDV/ERP para controle de loja.
