O Assistente de Padaria é responsável por apoiar o processo produtivo da padaria, incluindo preparo, modelagem, forneamento e finalização dos produtos, garantindo qualidade, frescor, organização e atendimento aos padrões de higiene e segurança alimentar. A Bemol é uma empresa de prestação de serviços e comercialização de produtos no varejo, que tem como principal objetivo a busca da satisfação de nossos Clientes, antes, durante e após o processo de vendas, observando o processo de melhoria contínua, legislação externa aplicável, princípios e valores culturais da organização, sendo esses princípios Integridade, Respeito, Economia, Energia e Melhoria Continua.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo time Bemol, você poderá encantar o cliente realizando as atividades descritas abaixo:Auxiliar na produção de pães, bolos, doces e demais itens preparados na padaria, conforme receitas e orientações do padeiro. Preparar, fatiar, embalar e etiquetar produtos conforme padrões internos. Organizar e repor produtos na área de vendas, garantindo boa apresentação e frescor. Auxiliar no controle de validade, qualidade e armazenamento adequado dos itens. Manter o ambiente limpo e higienizado, seguindo normas de segurança alimentar (BPF – Boas Práticas de Fabricação). Atender clientes quando necessário, oferecendo suporte e orientações sobre os produtos. Operar equipamentos básicos da área (fatiadores, balanças, fornos, etc.), seguindo regras de segurança. Apoiar o inventário do setor e o controle de estoque de insumos. Informar ao superior imediato sobre necessidades de reposição, avarias ou irregularidades observadas. Realizar a limpeza e higienização completa dos fornos, bancadas, utensílios e demais equipamentos utilizados na produção, garantindo conformidade com as normas de segurança alimentar e boas práticas de manipulação. Requisitos e qualificaçõesÉ importante que você tenha!Ensino médio completo.Cursos ou treinamentos em manipulação de alimentos e atendimento ao cliente serão diferenciais.Experiência prévia em padaria, confeitaria, produção de alimentos ou atendimento no varejo. Conhecimentos Desejáveis Noções de higiene e manipulação de alimentos. Boas práticas de fabricação (BPF). Organização e atendimento ao cliente.
