Nesta função, você será responsável por promover um ambiente seguro, assegurar a qualidade dos processos internos, orientar a equipe sobre boas práticas e garantir o cumprimento das legislações vigentes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o acompanhamento, gestão e controle de entrega dos Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs);Inspecionar e garantir o uso adequado dos equipamentos de segurança e cumprimento das normas pelas equipes;Ministrar o Diálogo Semanal/Diário de Segurança (DSS) com os colaboradores, promovendo a conscientização e a cultura de prevenção;Fazer o acompanhamento e a investigação de casos de acidentes de trabalho, propondo ações corretivas e preventivas;Acompanhar e controlar a realização dos Exames Médicos Periódicos (ASO);Realizar o controle, inspeção e gestão de compra/recarga de extintores de incêndio;Identificar riscos de acidentes, inspecionar locais, instalações e equipamentos da empresa;Auxiliar na elaboração e acompanhamento de documentações pertinentes à área de SST (como PGR e PCMSO);Colaborar com ações de promoção à saúde e segurança de todos os colaboradores do grupo.Gestão da Qualidade:Auditar e inspecionar processos operacionais, garantindo o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade estabelecidos pela empresa;Identificar não conformidades em processos, mercadorias ou instalações, propondo e acompanhando planos de ação corretiva e preventiva;Mapear, revisar e apoiar na padronização dos Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (POPs);Promover a cultura da melhoria contínua e da excelência no atendimento e manuseio de produtos;Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) relacionados à qualidade e segurança operacionais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Técnica completa em Segurança do Trabalho;Registro ativo no MTE (Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego);Conhecimento e domínio das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs).Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão da qualidade (PDCA, 5S, Diagrama de Ishikawa, Análise de Causa Raiz, POPs);Boa comunicação interpessoal, facilidade para conduzir reuniões/treinamentos e perfil proativo;Desejável: Disponibilidade e habilitação para ministrar treinamentos da NR-11 (Transporte, Movimentação, Manuseio e Armazenamento de Materiais);Desejável: Formação ou cursos complementares na área de Gestão da Qualidade ou Auditoria Interna;Experiência prévia nas áreas de Segurança do Trabalho e Qualidade no segmento varejista ou logística será um diferencial.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Plano de SaúdePlano OdontológicoSeguro de VidaAuxilio FuneráriaVale Alimentação/RefeiçãoVale TransporteParceria com Faculdades: Fametro, Martha Falcão, Estácio, Anhanguera, Ciesa e LiteratusConvênio com DrogariaFacilidade de pagamento nas compras dos produtos da empresaWellhubCredenciamento SESC
