Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar e consolidar reportes executivos, dashboards e apresentações para acompanhamento dos principais indicadores e iniciativas da área de Marketing;Planejar, organizar e acompanhar os ritos e rotinas da área, garantindo alinhamento entre equipes e cumprimento dos cronogramas;Atuar na governança da plataforma de gestão de ativos digitais (DAM), contribuindo para a organização, categorização e disponibilidade dos conteúdos para os times internos;Apoiar iniciativas relacionadas à gestão de riscos, compliance e padronização dos fluxos de Marketing;Garantir a qualidade, organização e atualização das informações e documentações da área.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior concluído em Administração, Marketing, Processos Gerenciais, Engenharia de Produção, Gestão de Projetos ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento avançado em Excel, com domínio de tabelas dinâmicas, fórmulas, consolidação e tratamento de dados;Facilidade para estruturar apresentações e reportes executivos;Boa capacidade analítica e visão de processos;Perfil organizado, detalhista e orientado a planejamento;Habilidade para gerenciar múltiplas demandas e prazos simultaneamente;Boa comunicação e capacidade de relacionamento com diferentes áreas.Diferenciais:Conhecimento em Power BI ou ferramentas de visualização de dados;Experiência com gestão de projetos, governança ou processos corporativos;Familiaridade com plataformas de gestão de ativos digitais (DAM);Conhecimento em ferramentas da suíte Microsoft 365.
