Olha o que essa oportunidade desenvolverá no dia a dia:Como Analista da Qualidade Sênior no Laboratório Têxtil, você será a referência técnica na garantia de qualidade, conformidade normativa e aperfeiçoamento dos produtos têxteis. Sua atuação combinará visão técnica analítica, gestão de projetos de melhoria contínua e forte interface com a cadeia de fornecimento e times internos de produto, assegurando a melhor experiência para nossos clientes finais.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão e Validação Técnica: Avaliar, validar e interpretar laudos e ensaios físicos e químicos têxteis, garantindo conformidade com normas técnicas (ABNT, ISO, AATCC) e padrões Renner.Análise de Causa e Resolução de Problemas: Identificar causas raiz em reprovações de laboratório e devoluções/reclamações de clientes, propondo soluções técnicas viáveis para a engenharia do produto.Desenvolvimento e Treinamento da Cadeia: Orientar e capacitar o time de laboratório e os times internos de produto, sobre especificações têxteis, boas práticas e requisitos de qualidade.Gestão de Projetos e Indicadores: Planejar e implementar projetos de melhoria contínua na qualidade têxtil, monitorando KPIs da área e propondo planos de ação preventivos e corretivos.Inovação e Mapeamento de Tendências: Acompanhar novidades tecnológicas do setor têxtil, novas metodologias de ensaio, requisitos de sustentabilidade (fibras recicladas, circularidade) e atualizações normativas.Padronização e Governança: Documentar, revisar e manter atualizados os manuais de qualidade, normas técnicas e procedimentos operacionais do laboratório têxtil.Suporte Multidisciplinar: Atuar como ponto focal de qualidade têxtil para as áreas de Produto, Estilo, Engenharia de Produto, Sourcing e Sustentabilidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo: Formação preferencial em Engenharia Têxteis, Química Têxtil, Materiais ou Tecnologia Têxtil.Experiência Técnica: Sólida vivência prévia em processos de laboratório têxtil, ensaios normatizados e gestão da qualidade no segmento têxtil/vestuário.Normas Têxteis: Domínio em normas técnicas nacionais e internacionais de ensaios (ABNT, ISO, AATCC, ASTM).Idiomas: Inglês intermediário (comunicação com fornecedores globais, laboratórios parceiros e análise de normas internacionais).Gestão de Projetos e Dados: Desejável experiência com ferramentas de melhoria contínua (PDCA, Ishikawa, 5W2H) e análise de indicadores (Excel avançado/Power BI). Diferenciais: Experiência prévia no varejo de moda (fast fashion ou grandes magazines).Espanhol intermediário/avançado.Informações adicionais Local de Trabalho: Porto Alegre - RS Modelo de Trabalho: Híbrido (4 dias presenciais / 1 dia home office)
