Olá, tudo bem?Estamos com uma oportunidade para atuar como Assistente Fiscal, com foco técnico nas rotinas fiscais, especialmente na apuração e declaração do ISS. O principal desafio da posição será controlar e gerir os processos fiscais, assegurando a correta apuração e declaração das obrigações tributárias, com qualidade, conformidade e dentro dos prazos legais.Buscamos um(a) profissional com perfil analítico, detalhista e técnico, que tenha interesse em se desenvolver na área fiscal e atuar diretamente com rotinas tributárias relevantes para o negócio, contribuindo para a segurança e eficiência dos processos fiscais.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesReportar-se ao nível técnico/coordenação ou à gerência;Realizar organização e liberação de pagamentos;Atender solicitações por meio da ferramenta Service Now;Atuar de forma independente ou em equipe em atividades específicas ou multifuncionais;Garantir o cumprimento e disseminação da cultura e dos valores da empresa;Realizar a escrituração e declaração de impostos municipais e federais;Executar a apuração de ISS sobre serviços tomados pela companhia;Acessar portais de prefeituras para declaração de tributos e envio para pagamento;Apoiar na análise, conferência e regularização de documentos fiscais;Atuar na tratativa de notificações e demandas junto a órgãos públicos;Interagir com áreas internas, como controladoria e CSC, para envio e acompanhamento de guias.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior em andamento ou concluído em Ciências Contábeis, Administração ou áreas afins (perfil técnico é essencial);Conhecimento em rotinas fiscais e tributárias;Bons conhecimentos em Excel e Pacote Office;Perfil analítico, organizado e com alto nível de concentração;Responsabilidade e iniciativa;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Facilidade para trabalho em equipe.Será um diferencialConhecimento em retenções fiscais;Experiência com lançamento de notas fiscais;Vivência com apuração de ISS;Familiaridade com sistemas ERP;Interesse ou experiência com uso de inteligência artificial para melhoria de processos.Informações adicionaisFique por dentro dos nossos benefícios!
