Buscamos uma pessoa proativa, responsável e comprometida, com perfil de liderança, senso de urgência e foco em resultados para atuar como Fiscal Líder em nossa loja Renner do Buriti Shopping.Essa pessoa será responsável por apoiar a operação de prevenção de perdas, garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos de segurança e orientar a equipe de fiscais, contribuindo para a proteção de clientes, colaboradores e patrimônio, além da eficiência dos processos da loja.Procuramos alguém que tenha iniciativa, boa comunicação, capacidade de tomar decisões e facilidade para desenvolver pessoas, atuando de forma colaborativa com as lideranças e demais áreas da loja.Se você gosta de desafios, tem atitude de dono e acredita na importância de uma equipe engajada e de uma operação segura e eficiente, venha fazer parte do nosso time!

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar, orientar e acompanhar a equipe de fiscais, garantindo o alinhamento das atividades e o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos.Atuar preventivamente na identificação de riscos e oportunidades de redução de perdas, protegendo o patrimônio e os resultados da loja.Acompanhar as rotinas operacionais, identificando desvios e direcionando as tratativas necessárias.Monitorar situações de risco e ocorrências, conduzindo as ações com responsabilidade, discrição e postura profissional.Garantir o cumprimento dos processos de segurança, prevenção de perdas e controle de acesso, conforme as diretrizes da empresa.Acompanhar indicadores da área, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e apoiar a construção de planos de ação.Realizar alinhamentos e orientações com a equipe, fortalecendo o engajamento, a responsabilidade e a qualidade das entregas.Atuar em parceria com as lideranças e demais áreas da loja para garantir uma operação organizada, segura e eficiente.Contribuir para a disseminação da cultura de prevenção de perdas e para o desenvolvimento contínuo da equipe.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo.Experiência com prevenção de perdas, fiscalização ou segurança no varejo.Experiência com liderança ou orientação de equipes será um diferencial.Boa comunicação, organização e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe.Perfil proativo, responsável, comprometido e atento aos detalhes.Senso de urgência e capacidade de tomar decisões diante de situações adversas.Habilidade para identificar riscos, analisar ocorrências e propor soluções.Postura ética, equilíbrio emocional e discrição no tratamento de informações.Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente e cumprir a escala de trabalho da loja.
