Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCriar e manter a base técnica de documentos e procedimentos de trabalho em conjunto com a engenharia de manutenção.Executar trabalhos com eletricidade em conformidade com a NR10, como montagens e atendimentos em quadros elétricos de baixa tensão.Realizar atividades periódicas e atendimentos em equipamentos e máquinas, conforme planejamento e manutenções preventivas e corretivas, efetuando testes apropriados.Analisar tecnicamente diagramas elétricos e lógicos para solucionar problemas operacionais.Programar CLPs, inversores, leitores de código de barras e sistemas de visão.Monitorar o status de dispositivos lógicos de campo por meio de sistema supervisório.Atuar em grupos de melhoria contínua, implementando ações, acompanhando resultados e utilizando dados históricos e experiências de outras unidades como base.Além disso, o profissional poderá atuar em áreas de apoio técnico, infraestrutura e saneamento, incluindo:Manutenção elétrica: inspeção, ajuste, teste e reparo de sistemas de potência (geradores, cabines, capacitores), SPDA e iluminação.Manutenção mecânica e utilidades: manutenção preventiva e corretiva de equipamentos diversos (ar-condicionado, compressores, bombas), sistemas hidráulicos e lubrificação.Apoio técnico: suporte operacional, organização de ferramentas e sinalização de áreas, sem intervenção direta em componentes técnicos ou situações de risco.Infraestrutura e saneamento: conservação predial (estruturas e lajes), manutenção de redes de esgoto e ETE, e cuidados com áreas externas e jardinagem.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação técnica concluída em Automação, Elétrica ou Eletroeletrônica;Diferenciais:Vivência em sistemas de automação intralogística;Conhecimento em parametrização de inversores;Inglês avançado (leitura e conversação).
