No dia a dia, você será responsável por acompanhar, em campo, o comissionamento e startup dos equipamentos de automação intralogística, apoiando o funcionamento seguro e eficiente da operação. Também fornecerá suporte técnico para a implementação das rotinas de manutenção da unidade, aprofundando seu conhecimento sobre o funcionamento dos equipamentos e máquinas para, posteriormente, compartilhá-lo com a equipe multidisciplinar. Além disso, atuará na identificação de melhorias, análise de falhas e desenvolvimento de soluções que contribuam para a confiabilidade dos equipamentos e para a evolução contínua dos processos da área.Se você gosta de desafios técnicos, aprendizado constante e de trabalhar em equipe, essa oportunidade pode ser para você.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCriar base técnica de documentos e procedimentos de trabalho junto a engenharia de manutenção;Executar atividades periódicas e atendimentos em equipamentos e máquinas conforme planejamento e/ou manutenções preventivas e corretivas, efetuando testes apropriados;Monitorar status de dispositivos de campo através de sistema supervisório;Atuar dentro de grupos de melhoria contínua, implementando ações e acompanhando os resultados, tendo como base dados históricos e experiências realizadas em outras unidades.Atuar em resolução de dificuldades mecânicas;Executar manutenções preventivas e corretivas;Elaborar e ministrar treinamentos para operadores / auxiliares / assistentes / técnicos;Preencher os documentos administrativos, com precisão no dia da execução das tarefas diariamente;Participar de reuniões diárias para relatos dos problemas enfrentados e elaboração de planos de ação para reincidências;Ser guardião da cultura de segurança na unidade, identificando oportunidade de melhorias, e apoiando no controle e qualidade das RQA’s.Aplicar conhecimento técnico em falhas, a fim de eliminar causa raiz, dando sugestões e acompanhar resultados dos indicadores da área de manutenção.Executar o setup de máquina para o perfeito funcionamento do processo de produção;Ler e interpretar desenhos, manuais e catálogos técnicos, a fim de possibilitar o entendimento do funcionamento de máquinas, facilitando identificação de falhas e ou peças necessárias a reposição.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Técnica concluída em Mecânica ou Mecatrônica;Experiência com Manutenção.Diferenciais:Vivência em sistemas de automação Intralogística;Conhecimento em normas NR12, NR35, NR33, NR18, NR20;Inglês Intermediário (Leitura/Conversação).Informações adicionais**O prazo de inscrições para os candidatos internos é até dia 02/10/2026.Local de Trabalho: CD 504, Cabreúva /SP.Modalidade de trabalho: 100% Presencial.Jornada de Trabalho: T2 - Segunda a Sexta, das 14h10 às 22h45, e aos Sábados das 13h40 as 20h13.
