Lokaal bestuur Bekkevoort gaat over tot aanwerving en aanleg van een wervingsreserve voor een voltijdse functie als Administratief medewerker Burgerzaken, Onthaal & Administratie.

Als Administratief medewerker Burgerzaken, Onthaal & Administratie ben jij één van de eerste aanspreekpunten van de gemeente. Jij bent het gezicht aan het onthaal, de stem aan de telefoon en de collega die ervoor zorgt dat administratie helder, correct én menselijk verloopt. Je maakt deel uit van de afdeling Mens. Je takenpakket is breed en afwisselend:

Burgerzaken

  • Administratieve verwerking en registratie van bevolkingsaangelegenheden.
  • Bijhouden van de registers van burgerlijke staat (adreswijzigingen, identiteitskaarten, reispassen, attesten).
  • Ondersteuning bij verkiezingen.

Onthaal & Administratie

  • Organiseren van telefonisch en fysiek onthaal.
  • Beheren van digitale instroom (e-mails, e-loket).
  • Meewerken aan vrije inloopmomenten en snelloket.

Daarnaast sta je inwoners professioneel en empathisch te woord en werk je dossiers correct af volgens de geldende wetgeving.

  • Je beschikt over een diploma van het hoger secundair onderwijs of daarmee gelijkgesteld onderwijs.

Verder:

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren.
  • Je communiceert vlot, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent flexibel en schakelt vlot tussen loketwerk en administratie.
  • Je bent klantgericht en blijft professioneel, ook onder druk.
  • Ervaring binnen een lokaal bestuur is een troef, maar geen must.
