Jouw functie

  • Je geeft leiding aan de Sociale Dienst, de Thuisdiensten, de Buitenschoolse Kinderopvang en de ondersteuning van het gemeentelijk onderwijs en zorgt voor een efficiënte, kwaliteitsvolle en klantgerichte werking.
  • Je plant, coördineert en volgt de dagelijkse werking, belangrijke dossiers en projecten binnen de pijler op.
  • Je vertaalt de strategische visie en beleidsdoelstellingen naar concrete acties, procedures en operationele doelstellingen.
  • Je bereidt beleidsdossiers voor, adviseert de bestuursorganen en rapporteert over de werking en resultaten van de pijler.
  • Je stuurt medewerkers aan, coacht hen in hun ontwikkeling en bevordert een sterke samenwerking en positieve werksfeer.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, continuïteit, timing en efficiënte inzet van mensen en middelen binnen de dienstverlening.
  • Je maakt deel uit van het managementteam en draagt bij aan een gecoördineerd en toekomstgericht gemeentelijk en OCMW-beleid.
  • Je stimuleert projectmatig werken, procesoptimalisatie, open interne communicatie en duurzame samenwerking met interne en externe partners.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een master diploma (of gelijkwaardig)
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en levert kwaliteitsvol werk.
  • Je bent integer, contactvaardig en diplomatisch.
  • Je zet in op coaching en groei van medewerkers.
  • Je slaagt op een voorafgaand taalexamen.
