The posting

Lokaal Bestuur Blankenberge is op zoek naar een begeleider (IFIC 200) voor de buitenschoolse opvang voor een voltijdse/deeltijdse terkstelling en voor een contract van bepaalde duur. Er wordt ook een wervingsreserve aangelegd voor de duur van 1 jaar.

Wat zal je doen?

🧸 Je creëert een veilige en huiselijke omgeving waarin kinderen van 2,5 tot 12 jaar zich goed voelen. Met creatieve activiteiten, een luisterend oor en aandacht voor hun welzijn begeleid je hen doorheen de dag.

Een greep uit je takenpakket:

  • Voortdurend streven naar kwaliteitsvolle buitenschoolse kinderopvang.
  • Inspelen op de leef- en gevoelswereld van de kinderen waarbij aandacht wordt besteed aan zowel de groep als het individu.
  • Zorgen dragen voor orde, netheid en hygiëne..

Wie ben je?

🪁 Samen met je collega's creëer je een warme en stimulerende omgeving waarin kinderen zich thuis voelen. Met jouw creativiteit bedenk je activiteiten die hen elke dag opnieuw laten ontdekken, spelen en groeien.

🪁 Je bent bovendien het aanspreekpunt voor hun ouders, je staat hen vlot te woord en je luistert naar hun bezorgdheden.

Dit zijn de aanwervingsvoorwaarden:

  • Houder zijn van een diploma van het secundair onderwijs uitgereikt in een studierichting zorg, opvoeding en/of begeleiding (kinderzorg, ouderenzorg, jeugd- en gehandicaptenzorg) of gelijkwaardige diploma’s, of in het bezit zijn van een certificaat of beroepskwalificatie van kinderbegeleider schoolgaande kinderen. (VKS-niveau 4) of een daarmee gelijkgesteld diploma of certificaat (erkend door Vlaanderen), of minstens 2 jaar beroepservaring in een buitenschoolse kinderopvang.
  • Slagen voor de selectieproeven.
