Bij lokaal bestuur Kraainem bouwen we met ambitie, warmte, verbinding en vertrouwen aan een toekomstgerichte dienstverlening voor onze burgers. We staan op een kantelpunt: de fundamenten zijn gelegd, nu zoeken we versterking om onze organisatie verder te structureren en te optimaliseren. Daarom kijken we uit naar verschillende administratieve medewerkers die daadkracht koppelen aan efficiëntie.

Jouw rol: jouw team versterkenAls administratieve medewerker sta je in voor het uitvoeren van administratieve taken in opdracht van je leidinggevende of projecttrekker. Je streeft naar een efficiënte en vlotte samenwerking en je houdt jezelf breed inzetbaar, zowel op vlak van gewone taken als op vlak van projecten.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Je verwerkt administratieve dossiers en aanvragen overeenkomstig de geldende regelgeving en procedures.
  • Je verstrekt informatie aan burgers, handelaars en andere belanghebbenden en volgt vragen en dossiers op.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte registratie en actualisatie van gegevens in de daartoe bestemde toepassingen en databanken.
  • Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse werking van de dienst en draagt bij aan een vlotte en klantgerichte dienstverlening.
  • Je voert administratieve taken uit die aansluiten bij de functie.

Je beschikt over:

  • De algemene toelatings- en aanwervingsvoorwaarden.
  • Een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs.
  • Sociale vaardigheden waardoor je mensen op een warme, maar professionele en efficiënte manier verder helpt.
  • Een goede kennis van het Microsoft Officepakket en kennis van specifieke softwaretoepassingen die gebruikt worden binnen het bestuur of een bereidheid ermee te leren omgaan.
  • Organisatorische vaardigheden waardoor je graag orde op zaken stelt en nauwkeurig en nauwgezet werkt, ook tijdens repetitieve taken.

Aangezien Kraainem een faciliteitengemeente is, dien je, wanneer je in het bezit bent van een Nederlandstalig diploma, een werkenvoor-attest (art. 9§2 met bewijs van elementairekennis van het Frans) te behalen. Indien je een Franstalig of anderstalig diploma hebt, is een werkenvoor-attest art. 7 niveau 2/C met bewijs van de kennis van het Nederlands verplicht.
