Wat houdt de functie in?

Als projectmedewerker Vrije Tijd ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren, uitvoeren en opvolgen van diverse projecten binnen de afdeling Vrije Tijd. Je neemt de rol op van projectleider voor de algemene verenigingsondersteuning, het vrijwilligersbeleid en het participatiebeleid "Zaventem aan Zet". Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega’s, verenigingen, vrijwilligers, burgers en externe partners.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Je leidt projecten rond verenigingsondersteuning, vrijwilligersbeleid en participatie.
  • Je ondersteunt en adviseert verenigingen en helpt nieuwe initiatieven groeien.
  • Je bouwt verder aan een sterk gemeentelijk vrijwilligersbeleid.
  • Je organiseert vormingen, infosessies en netwerkmomenten.
  • Je ondersteunt participatietrajecten en inspraakinitiatieven binnen 'Zaventem aan Zet'.
  • Je begeleidt advies- en dorpsraden en versterkt de samenwerking met het lokaal bestuur.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's, vrijwilligers, verenigingen en externe partners.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang, budgetten en resultaten van je projecten.
  • Je volgt nieuwe Vlaamse, Federale en Europese regelgeving op en ondersteunt verenigingen en gemeentelijke diensten bij het toepassen ervan.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelordiploma.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en kan projecten zelfstandig plannen, organiseren en opvolgen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel
  • Je bent een teamspeler die makkelijk verbinding maakt met anderen.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en gaat uitdagingen proactief aan.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en houdt moeiteloos meerdere dossiers tegelijk op koers.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en leert snel nieuwe tools kennen.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om occasioneel 's avonds of in het weekend te werken.
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht en streeft naar kwaliteitsvolle resultaten binnen afgesproken termijnen.
  • Je hebt minstens 1 jaar relevante, aantoonbare, beroepservaring.
