LokalTapiola Sydkusten är verksamt i Åboland, i Västnyland och på Åland. Vi representeras av åtta kontor från Hangö till Mariehamn. Vår målsättning är att finnas nära våra ägarkunder och trygga deras liv, hälsa och vardag.

Nu söker vi en tjänsteförsäljare med inriktning på liv- och personskydd som förstärkning till vårt team!

Om rollen

Som tjänsteförsäljare med inriktning på liv- och personskydd hjälper du våra privat-, företags- och lantbrukskunder att identifiera personrisker och hitta rätt lösningar för deras behov. Till din hjälp har du ett brett utbud av produkter och tjänster inom personförsäkring, med vilka du stärker våra kunders ekonomiska trygghet i olika livssituationer.

Aktiv dialog med våra ägarkunder och kollegor är en naturlig del av din arbetsdag. Försäljning och kundarbetet är en central del av målsättningarna för ditt arbete och du träffar kunder både face to face och via Onlinemöten. För att lyckas i rollen är det viktigt att du kan arbeta självständigt och målinriktat. Samtidigt präglas arbetet av ett starkt teamarbete, och du har ett gediget stöd från både dina kollegor och din chef.

Vi värdesätter erfarenhet av försäljning och kundservice samt ett genuint engagemang för att arbeta med kunder ansikte mot ansikte, per telefon och via digitala kanaler.

Vi förväntar oss att du har:

•Ett engagerat, ansvarsfullt och målmedvetet arbetssätt •Goda färdigheter inom försäljning, kommunikation och samarbete •Resultatfokus samt ett tydligt försäljningsdriv •God förmåga att uttrycka dig muntligt och skriftligt på både svenska och finska (LokalTapiola Sydkustens interna arbetsspråk är svenska) •Mod och förmåga att fatta självständiga beslut med kollegor och team som stöd

I rollen har du möjlighet att själv påverka din inkomst. Lönen består av en tabellön på 2 384 euro samt av försäljningsprovisioner som med en god arbetsinsats motsvarar över 50 % av din tabellön.
