Localização: Jardim Canadá - Nova Lima

*Sobre a Vaga: ESTÁGIO DE SUPRIMENTOS* O Estagiário de Suprimentos será responsável por apoiar as atividades operacionais e administrativas do setor, com foco principal no lançamento de notas fiscais de entrada de produtos no sistema Ótimo Gestor. Atuará contribuindo para a organização dos processos de recebimento, controle de estoque e movimentação de materiais, garantindo a confiabilidade das informações e o suporte às operações da empresa.

*DESCRIÇÃO DAS PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES* * Realizar o lançamento de notas fiscais de entrada de produtos no sistema Ótimo Gestor, garantindo a correta inclusão das informações e o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos; * Conferir documentos fiscais e auxiliar na validação das informações relacionadas ao recebimento de materiais; * Apoiar o processo de recebimento de mercadorias, verificando quantidades, especificações e condições dos materiais entregues; * Auxiliar na organização, identificação e armazenamento dos itens no estoque, observando os padrões definidos pela empresa; Realizar a atualização e manutenção dos controles de estoque, contribuindo para a acuracidade das informações; * Apoiar os inventários periódicos e rotativos, realizando contagens físicas e conferências de materiais; * Auxiliar na separação, movimentação e entrega de materiais para os setores solicitantes; * Organizar documentos, relatórios e registros relacionados às atividades do almoxarifado; * Prestar suporte às demandas administrativas e operacionais do setor, colaborando para o bom funcionamento das rotinas de controle de materiais e estoque; * Zelar pela organização, limpeza e conservação do ambiente de trabalho e dos materiais sob sua responsabilidade.

*Nas condições de:* Carga horária - 30 horas semanais; Horário de trabalho -segunda a sexta de 09:00H ás 16:00H com 1hora de almoço *Bolsa: R$ 1.260,00*
