The posting

Lolland-Falsters Stift søger en uddannelseskonsulent for en fireårig periode.

Der er tale om en stilling på 25 %, som enten kan besættes ved frikøb af en allerede ansat præst i stiftet eller som en selvstændig 25 %-stilling. Stillingen er midlertidig i 4 år, med mulighed for forlængelse.

Det er en forudsætning for ansættelsen, at du er ordineret præst og har afsluttet den obligatoriske efteruddannelse.

Uddannelseskonsulenten har til opgave:

  • at være tovholder på og have overblik over den enkelte nye præsts efteruddannelsesforløb, herunder at tilrettelægge en introduktionsplan i samarbejde med FUV
  • at medvirke til introduktionssamtaler, afrundingssamtaler og evt. andre samtaler mellem provst og nyansat præst
  • at være tovholder for stiftets vejlederpræster (mentorer)
  • at være tovholder for den lokale religionspædagogiske, homiletiske og liturgiske sparring i introduktionsordningen, evt. sammen med andre aktører
  • at følge op lokalt på arbejdsvejledning for nye præster i form af besøg på arbejdsstedet
  • at medvirke til overdragelse af introduktionsplanen til anden uddannelseskonsulent i tilfælde af embedsskift
  • at deltage i 2-3 årlige møder med FUV og gruppen af uddannelseskonsulenter
  • deltagelse i planlægningen af præstepraktikken
  • afholde kurser for nye præster
  • at være løbende orienteret om FUVs uddannelsestilbud

Det vil være en fordel, hvis du har solid præsteerfaring og har viden om og erfaring med den folkekirkelige organisation.

Du vil indgå i et netværk og samarbejde med de andre stifters uddannelseskonsulenter.

Såfremt du ikke har erfaring som uddannelseskonsulent, vil du blive klædt på til opgaven i et samarbejde med FUV og de øvrige uddannelseskonsulenter.

Ansættelse pr. 1. januar i fire år med mulighed for forlængelse. Stillingen er indplaceret i løngruppe 3, sats 1.

Hvis du er ansat i en stilling som overenskomstansat sognepræst, eller ansættes som uddannelseskonsulent i henhold til gældende overenskomst for akademikere i staten med tilhørende protokollat, vil du blive indplaceret, så din løn for stillingen som uddannelseskonsulent svarer til løngruppe 3, sats 1.
