ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som en del i Lommas omställning till Nära Vård så ingår du i ett team med en verksamhetsplanerare. Dina arbetstider är 06.30- 15.15 på vardagar samt 06.30-13.00 varannan helg.

Hos oss arbetar du endast administrativt.

Vi erbjuder alla att arbeta heltid, vilket innebär 37 timmar/vecka.

Du är ansvarsfull, engagerad, flexibel och lyhörd - med brukare, anhöriga och kollegor. Du förstår hur viktigt det är att varje enskild person är delaktig och har inflytande över sin vardag.

Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet. Det är viktigt att du kan samarbeta och bibehåller lugn och fokus, även i situationer när mycket händer på samma gång. Du behöver vara trygg i dig själv och kunna sätta gränser när det behövs.

KVALIFIKATIONER Du är ansvarsfull och kan kombinera omsorgstagar- och personalschema med utgångspunkt från verksamhetens resurser.

Som person är du trygg i att fatta snabba beslut när situationen kräver det. Du har en god samarbetsförmåga och är bra på att skapa nya kontakter och behålla goda relationer och har även lätt för att göra detta via telefon.

Vi söker dig som är nyfiken, engagerad och trivs i en roll där ingen dag är den andra lik. Som verksamhetsplanerare behöver du kunna kombinera struktur och framförhållning med förmågan att snabbt ställa om när verksamheten kräver det. Du blir också en viktig del i att vara med och kvalitetssäkra och utveckla nya arbetssätt. Du är trygg i att fatta beslut i vardagen utifrån din roll och vara ett nära stöd till personalen i det dagliga arbetet. Du har lätt för att skapa förtroendefulla relationer, är lyhörd för verksamhetens behov och tar initiativ till att söka den information som krävs för att arbeta i uppdraget.

Vi ser att du har erfarenhet av arbete i planerings- och schemaverktyg och/eller arbete inom hemtjänst. Stor vikt läggs vid personlig lämplighet.

Vi söker dig som har:

-Erfarenhet av samordning eller planering inom hemtjänst. (meriterande om du har vana av Lifecare Planering).

-Tidigare arbetat administrativt och har förståelse för bemanning och schemaläggning. God kunskap i social dokumentation. Gymnasieutbildning, gärna undersköterskeutbildning eller administrativ utbildning. God datorvana och är bekväm med moderna digitala verktyg. Goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift.

-B Körkort är ett krav

Anställningsform: Tillsvidareanställning. Varaktighet: Tillsvidare.

Vi redovisar lön för 10:e och 90:e percentil: 37800-43040kr/mån. Löneintervallet anges i enlighet med gällande regelverk om lönetransparens
