Dann bewirb dich jetzt, um unser Logistik-Team als Sachbearbeiter/In in unserem Headquarter in 1070 Wien zu verstärken! In dieser abwechslungsreichen Rolle arbeitest du direkt mit der Internationalen Logistikleitung zusammen und kümmerst dich um den reibungslosen Warenverkehr im europäischen B2B-Geschäft. Darüber wirst du in internationale Logistik-Projekte eingebunden und bist dabei, wenn neue Logistik-Lösungen erarbeitet werden.

Aufgaben

  • Koordination von B2B-Bestellungen: reibungsloser Ablauf der relevanten Versandaktivitäten (Erstellung von Anlieferungsdokumenten, B2B-Ausgangsrechnungen, Troubleshooting, Verzollung, Transporte, Kommunikation mit externem Logistikpartner)
  • Schnittstelle zwischen den Verkaufs-Teams und dem externen Logistikpartner
  • Abwicklung von Retouren und Reklamationen
  • Einholen von Angeboten für Internationale See- und Luftfrachten (inkl. Auswertung und Beauftragung)
  • Überwachung der Frachttermine und Pflege der Information im System, Verbuchung der Zugänge
  • Kontrolle von Logistik-Eingangsrechnungen und Zolldokumenten und Klärung etwaiger Unstimmigkeiten mit Zollagenten
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten und Unterstützung im Logistikbereich (Stammdatenpflege, Dokumentenverwaltung, Rechnungskontrolle, etc.)
  • Recherchen nach Lager- und Logistiklösungen
  • Unterstützung des Logistik-Managements bei der Warenbedarfsplanung

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder zeitnaher Abschluss in Aussicht (idealerweise kaufmännische Ausbildung bevorzugt mit Logistikschwerpunkt)
  • Erfahrung als Logistiker oder in einer ähnlichen Position ist ein klarer Vorteil
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe und gutes Zahlenverständnis
  • Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgezeichnete EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, Google Suite, Spreadsheets)
  • Genauigkeit und Diskretion
  • Strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Motivation zur proaktiven Mitgestaltung von Prozessen
