Inspecionar produtos e processos de fabricação, garantindo que estejam em conformidade com as especificações determinadas.

· Realizar inspeções durante os processos de fabricação, conforme determinado nas documentações do processo;

· Avaliar as propriedades especificadas dos produtos em produção para identificar eventuais anomalias e reportando às áreas responsáveis pela solução;

· Realizar medições utilizando instrumentos de medição diversos (escala, medidor de espessura, balança, etc.);

· Acompanhar o processo de preparação e ajuste de máquinas para início de produção e realizar inspeções de produto e processo após set-up;

· Realizar inspeção em produtos acabados e semiacabados, conforme determinado nas documentações do processo;

· Determinar a aprovação ou reprovação de produtos inspecionados, de acordo com as especificações internas;

· Efetuar o registro das inspeções realizadas e dos resultados encontrados;

· Registrar não conformidades identificadas durante o processo de produção e liberação dos produtos;

· Segregar e identificar produtos não-conformes de acordo com os procedimentos internos e acompanhar a sua disposição;

· Auxiliar as áreas envolvidas na análise e na solução de não conformidades identificadas durante o processo de fabricação e acompanhar as ações imediatas cabíveis;

· Analisar criticamente os processos de produção, identificando a influência dos fatores (matéria prima, mão-de-obra, máquina e método) na qualidade do produto e identificando ações que possam prevenir a ocorrência de eventuais problemas;
