The Resort at Longboat Key Club is seeking a reliable and hardworking Marina Dockhand to join our team in Longboat Key, FL. This role is vital to the smooth operation of our marina, providing assistance with docking, boat maintenance, and customer service to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with docking and undocking boats safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the marina area.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and boaters.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fueling, cleaning, and minor repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
  • Assist with inventory management and supply orders.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in marina operations or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
