Ihre Arbeit unterstützt direkt die Entwicklung und Herstellung innovativer biologischer Arzneimittel und ermöglicht die Bereitstellung lebensverändernder Therapien für Patienten weltweit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Wissenschaftliche und technische Hauptansprechperson für die Entwicklung, Implementierung und Validierung biochemischer und chromatographischer Assays wie ELISA, Enzym-Assays, RT-qPCR, Protein-PCR, UV/Vis, icIEF sowie RP-, SE- und IEX-HPLC.
  • Leitung analytischer Entwicklungs-, Transfer- und Validierungsaktivitäten innerhalb mehrerer Studien- und Kundenprogramme.
  • Erstellung, Überprüfung und finale Freigabe komplexer Studienprotokolle, Arbeitsanweisungen und Berichte gemäß GLP-Anforderungen.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams aus Analytical Development, Process Development, Manufacturing und Quality zur Sicherstellung wissenschaftlicher Exzellenz.
  • Training, Coaching und fachliche Weiterentwicklung von Laborfachkräften und wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeitenden.
  • Identifikation, Bewertung und Implementierung neuer analytischer Technologien sowie Förderung von Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsinitiativen.
  • Unterstützung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozesse zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Datenqualität und regulatorischer Compliance.

Was wir suchen:

  • Promotion (PhD) in Biochemie, Biologie, Chemie oder einer vergleichbaren naturwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung.
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, Implementierung und Validierung analytischer Methoden im biopharmazeutischen oder pharmazeutischen Umfeld.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner bioanalytischer und chromatographischer Technologien wie ELISA, qPCR, icIEF und HPLC.
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe wissenschaftliche Projekte selbstständig zu leiten und technische Herausforderungen lösungsorientiert zu adressieren.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld.
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
