Description des tâches:Technicien(ne) en équipements audioSaeul, LuxembourgParticipez à la préparation, à la maintenance et à l'assistance technique des audioguides, audiophones et tablettes utilisés par les musées et les expositions. Ce poste pratique est basé dans notre atelier à Saeul, au Luxembourg.Vos missions• Préparer et tester le matériel pour les projets de location et de vente, notamment la charge, la configuration et le chargement des contenus audio.• Diagnostiquer les pannes, effectuer les réparations et vérifier le bon fonctionnement du matériel avant sa remise en service.• Contrôler le matériel retourné et tenir des registres clairs des réparations, des pièces détachées et des stocks.• Participer aux installations du matériel et aider les clients à résoudre les problèmes techniques.• Travailler avec l'équipe des opérations pour préparer des équipements complets et testés avant leur expédition.Votre profil• Une expérience pratique en électronique, en équipements audio ou en matériel informatique, acquise dans le cadre d'un emploi, d'une formation ou de projets personnels.• Une approche méthodique du diagnostic et un travail soigneux avec les outils et les petits composants.• De l'aisance avec les outils informatiques pour configurer les appareils, mettre à jour les logiciels et tenir les registres de maintenance.• De la fiabilité, de l'attention aux détails et la capacité à organiser votre travail au sein d'une petite équipe.• De l'aisance pour communiquer en français ou en anglais; la connaissance de l'autre langue est un atout.• Une expérience en soudure, en installations audiovisuelles ou en gestion d'un parc d'appareils est un plus.Comment postulerEnvoyez votre CV et quelques lignes sur votre expérience technique à <a href="mailto:[email protected]" rel="nofollow">[email protected]</a>Les candidatures en français ou en anglais sont les bienvenues.
