Lookout Ford, Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Appointment Coordinator to join our service department team in Morehead City, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service department appointments and ensuring smooth scheduling and communication between customers and staff. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule customer appointments efficiently via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Coordinate with service and sales departments to ensure appointment availability and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments and customer interactions in the company system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving scheduling conflicts promptly.
  • Assist with administrative duties as needed to support the dealership's daily operations.

Requirements
