Sobre a vaga:

Buscamos um profissional analítico, com forte atenção aos detalhes e comprometido com a excelência na análise de sinistros, para integrar a equipe de operações da Loovi Seguros.

Responsabilidades:

  • Este profissional será responsável por conduzir análises técnicas e administrativas dos sinistros; assegurando o cumprimento dos contratos de seguro, das normas regulatórias vigentes (SUSEP, Código Civil e Código de Defesa do Consumidor), e prestando suporte ao segurado durante o processo de regulação;
  • Receber, conferir e analisar a documentação enviada para abertura de sinistros de veículos (danos materiais, colisões, furtos, roubos, responsabilidade civil, entre outros);
  • Validar cobertura de acordo com as Condições Gerais de Seguro da Loovi;
  • Realizar análise técnica de nexo causal e compatibilidade dos danos apresentados em sinistros, com base em laudos periciais, fotos, boletins de ocorrência e demais documentos técnicos;
  • Solicitar perícias técnicas, sindicâncias e demais investigações complementares necessárias à adequada elucidação dos casos, acompanhar o andamento das apurações e produzir conclusões técnicas a partir dos relatórios emitidos;
  • Conduzir entrevistas e diligências com segurados, terceiros e testemunhas, a fim de esclarecer circunstâncias do sinistro e identificar eventuais inconsistências;
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos prazos legais estabelecidos pela SUSEP e pelo Código de Defesa do Consumidor (Lei 8.078/1990, Art. 6o e14);
  • Identificar indícios de fraude e conduzir análise preliminar de risco com base nos indícios levantados;
  • Elaborar pareceres técnicos conclusivos e relatórios de sinistros, subsidiando a tomada de decisão quanto à liquidação ou negativa do pagamento;
  • Manter o sistema de sinistros atualizado com o andamento dos processos, garantindo a rastreabilidade das ações adotadas;
  • Prestar atendimento consultivo e humanizado a segurados e demais partes envolvidas, esclarecendo dúvidas e orientando sobre o andamento dos processos

Requisitos:

  • Formação superior em andamento ou completa (preferencialmente em, Administração, Engenharia, ou áreas correlatas a seguros);
  • Experiência prévia na área de análise de sinistros (desejável em seguros automotivos);
  • Conhecimento da legislação securitária (Lei Geral de segurs 15.040 - Decreto-Lei no 73/66, SUSEP, CDC e Código Civil);
  • Boa capacidade de análise crítica, raciocínio lógico e interpretação de documentos técnicos e jurídicos;
  • Excelente comunicação oral e escrita, especialmente para condução de entrevistas investigativas;
  • Habilidade de negociação e foco no atendimento humanizado;
  • Conhecimentos de ferramentas de gestão de sinistros e informática (pacote Office, sistemas de CRM e regulação de sinistros).
