Sobre a oportunidade:

Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional para atuar como Regulador(a) de Sinistros, contribuindo com o time de Regulagem na análise técnica de sinistros, avaliação de danos veiculares e condução dos processos de regulação, garantindo agilidade, qualidade e precisão nas análises, sempre em conformidade com as diretrizes e procedimentos da empresa.

Nesta posição, você será responsável por avaliar os danos do veículo e definir a ação a ser tomada, atuando diretamente com os processos que chegam ao setor, que serão distribuidos em etapas em que os casos são separados entre danos leves, médios, graves e PT (perda total), para serem distribuídos aos reguladores conforme as classificações internas..

Como será o seu dia a dia?

Você será responsável por realizar a triagem e classificação dos processos por gravidade do dano (leve, médio, grave ou PT);

  • Analisar fotos, documentos, orçamentos e demais evidências do processo;
  • Identificar inconsistências, danos preexistentes e divergências nas informações apresentadas;
  • Realizar a cotação de peças a serem substituídas junto às oficinas;
  • Enviar à oficina o prazo de entrega de peças, o termo de quitação e a cartilha de pagamento;
  • Realizar a vistoria final de qualidade após a conclusão dos reparos;
  • Controlar SLA, prazos e pendências dos processos sob sua responsabilidade;
  • Registrar pareceres técnicos e acompanhamentos de forma clara e objetiva;
  • Manter comunicação constante com oficinas, clientes e áreas internas.s nos processos.

O que buscamos?

  • Mínimo de 6 meses de experiência na operação de Sinistros ou em áreas correlatas;
  • Bom histórico de produtividade, assiduidade e cumprimento de SLA na função atual;
  • Não possuir medidas disciplinares ativas no momento da candidatura;
  • Conhecimento básico do fluxo de sinistro, da abertura até a finalização do processo;
  • Perfil analítico, investigativo e criterioso, com capacidade de interpretação de evidências (fotos, documentos, orçamentos), evitando aprovações sem evidências suficientes;
  • Disponibilidade para assumir a rotina e os indicadores da Regulagem.

Será um diferencial?

  • Experiência anterior com Cilia;
  • Conhecimento de orçamento automotivo;
  • Experiência em oficina ou concessionária;
  • Conhecimento de peças e reparabilidade;
  • Experiência com análise de fotos e identificação de danos;
  • Conhecimento de Carbig Data ou ferramentas de apoio à análise.
