Responsabilidades desta função

Principais responsabilidades

Ritmo e organização dos times

  • Conduzir as cerimônias ágeis e manter o fluxo de trabalho visível no Jira.
  • Organizar e priorizar o backlog junto com produto e a liderança de tecnologia.
  • Coordenar demandas paralelas entre esteiras de desenvolvimento e remover impedimentos.

Métricas e melhoria contínua

  • Acompanhar métricas de entrega (lead time, throughput, previsibilidade) e indicadores das áreas.
  • Conduzir retrospectivas que viram ações com responsável e prazo.
  • Otimizar processos com base em métodos ágeis e lean.

Pessoas e comunicação

  • Mentorar os times na aplicação de valores e princípios ágeis.
  • Gerir expectativas e pequenos conflitos entre times e áreas.
  • Dialogar com fóruns técnicos, de gestão e executivos, e colaborar na elaboração de propostas técnicas.

Esperamos que você tenha:

  • Experiência de 3 anos como Scrum Master ou Agilista em times de desenvolvimento de software.
  • Domínio de Jira ou outras ferramentas de gestão e acompanhamento de entregas.
  • Conhecimento prático em Scrum, Kanban e práticas Lean.
  • Experiência na organização, gestão e priorização de backlogs.
  • Conhecimento em métricas de fluxo para acompanhamento de desempenho e tomada de decisões.
  • Excelente comunicação, proatividade e perfil mão na massa, com disposição para estruturar processos, facilitar a organização do time e garantir o andamento das entregas.
