Descrição da vaga

DESCRIÇÃO GERAL / FINALIDADE:

Suporte nas demandas do Departamento Comercial

FUNÇÕES ESSENCIAIS DO CARGO:

• Suportar nas apresentações do departamento;

• Suportar nas revisões de propostas para os clientes;

• Auxiliar na organização das pastas do departamento;

• Auxiliar nas atualizações de BI (Pipeline e Contratos);

• Criar e monitorar fluxos de aprovação via Docusign;

• Acesso aos portais dos clientes para averiguar status das negociações (em andamento e novas), além de postar as documentações necessárias (enviadas por cada um dos “Key Accounts”);

• Auxiliar no desenvolvimento de procedimentos, fluxos de processos e controles;

• Mapear Eventos (Brasil, América do Sul e África);

• Criação de SC (solicitação de compra) do Departamento;

• Controle de estoque de brindes.

Qualificações

QUALIFICAÇÕES EXIGIDAS:

Formação Acadêmica:

• Graduação: Engenharia (Cursos Gerais) / Administração e Correlatos

Experiência:

• Desejável experiência em área comercial e/ou setor de vendas.

Licenças/Certificações:

• Pacote Office.

QUALIFICAÇÕES PREFERIDAS:

• Inglês intermediário (mínimo);

• Espanhol intermediário (diferencial).
